Literature Updates
The Insignia Guide is still in developing and planning with the vendor; at this time there is no new information as to when they will release this to BSA for production and shipping. Many of the leadership materials are being revised and currently unavailable at this time. Please feel free to contact your local store for specifics. We will keep you posted as we learn more information on these much anticipated and much needed materials. Thank you for your continued patience and stay tuned for updated information.
Please ensure that all leaders, youth and parents are aware of the BSA restrictions on awards. The following require advancement form or written proof to purchase or replace (printout from Council or award card is acceptable):

Cub Scouts
School is just around the corner and whether your Scouts are excited to start or wishing summer would last forever, now is the time to get ready for the fall/winter Round Up season. If your boy is already in Scouts, help express his love and joy to other boys and become a recruiter. If he is not, your first stop to the Scout store can be a magical one. Many wonderful things to see and learn about as the entire family begins on this great adventure. Stop in and speak to an associate to help you get what he needs to make his Scouting experience all that it can be.

Summer camp is almost over and we know that your Scouts wish it could go on - well it can! Stop by the Scout Store to help them stock up on all the wonderful camping items to make his outdoor experience great, no matter what time of year.
Merit Badge Academy will be upon us soon and your Scout Shop has all the books and most items to begin their projects and help them start off on the right foot.
Outgrown his current uniform? Come in and get the new Micro Poly material and donate his gently used uniform to the Unit’s or Council’s clothes closet for those in need. Scouting is one big happy family and we support each other in all ways. See you soon!!!
